Read the official page
Every obligation we track is written down against the government page that states it — the IRS instructions, the Secretary of State, the agency itself.
How it works
Anyone can publish a confident-looking deadline. We work the other way round: read the official page, decide whether it really produces a date for your LLC, and only then put it on your timeline. When it does not, we say so.
Every obligation we track is written down against the government page that states it — the IRS instructions, the Secretary of State, the agency itself.
Rules change. Each obligation is re-read against its source on a schedule, and anything we are no longer sure about comes off your timeline rather than sitting there looking correct.
Your LLC's state, formation date, fiscal year and ownership decide which obligations apply. Each one arrives with its date, what it involves, and its source link.
Mark items done and add notes. Your record is yours — changing your LLC details rebuilds the timeline without touching anything you have already recorded.
Each of these depends on your specific facts and carries real consequences if it is answered wrongly. We name them plainly and send you to a licensed EA or CPA rather than guessing.
Nor whether an obligation we do not show means you have none, or anything else that depends on facts you have not given us.
You should not have to take our word for anything. Every item links to the page it came from, we name what we do not cover, and we would rather show you an honest gap than a confident guess. If you ever find a date here that does not match the official source, tell us and we will fix it.
