What we keep
Your account email, preferences, LLC facts, timeline records, notes, and basic sign-in security information are used to operate your workspace and the reminders you choose to receive.
1. Information you provide
This includes your email address and account password for sign-in; your language, time zone, and reminder preference; LLC name, formation state, formation date, fiscal year, ownership type, and optional Wyoming-located assets; plus timeline status, completion dates, and notes you choose to save.
2. How we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, build and refresh your timeline, show your records, export calendar or account data, send the deadline reminders you have enabled, and protect the service from misuse. We do not send marketing emails.
3. What not to put here
Do not enter passports, identity documents, Social Security numbers, EINs, bank credentials, card details, or other sensitive information. LLC Deadlines does not need those details to provide its self-preparation workspace.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. The service relies on infrastructure and email-delivery providers to host the workspace and send enabled reminders; those providers process information only as needed for those functions. Official-source links take you to the relevant government website.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep account records while your account is active so your timeline and history remain available. Deleting your account removes the account and its associated LLCs, timeline records, notes, reminder records, and sign-in sessions from the service. Messages already delivered cannot be recalled.
6. Your controls
Settings lets you turn reminders off, choose the language and time zone used for your account, download a copy of your data, or permanently delete the account. You do not need to email us to use these controls.
7. Sessions and security
A signed session cookie keeps you signed in. When you sign in, the service records basic session information such as browser details and IP address to support account security. No online service can promise absolute security, so use a unique password and keep it private.
8. Cross-border use
Tiny Prism LLC operates from the United States, while many customers live elsewhere. Using the service may involve processing information across borders. If local privacy rules give you additional rights, this page does not take those rights away.
