The short version
LLC Deadlines is self-preparation software. It organizes source-linked information and your own records; it does not file, sign, submit, or decide tax, legal, or accounting questions for you.
1. What LLC Deadlines provides
We provide a timeline for selected US LLC obligations, links to the official pages behind those items, a place to record your own status and notes, calendar export, and optional reminder emails. The service is in early access and there is no checkout on this site today.
2. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the facts you enter, checking the current official instructions, deciding what applies to your situation, preparing and signing your documents, and submitting them yourself. An item missing from this product does not mean that you have no obligation.
3. Sources and dates
We link each dated item to an official source and try to keep the timeline useful. Government instructions, forms, fees, and submission methods can change. The current official instructions control, and you should check them before acting.
4. Your account and records
Keep your sign-in details secure and enter only information you are comfortable storing here. You can change your preferences, download your account data, or delete your account from Settings. Account deletion removes the account and its associated records from the service.
5. Availability and changes
We may change, add, or remove coverage and features as the product develops, and parts of the service may be unavailable temporarily. We do not promise that every obligation, date, or jurisdiction will be represented.
6. No professional relationship
Using the service does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, or other professional relationship. LLC Deadlines does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice. When an answer depends on professional judgment, we point you to a licensed EA or CPA.
7. Stopping use
You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account. We may restrict access when necessary to protect the service, its customers, or its security. These terms describe the product as it operates today and may be updated with the service.
